Delete your Tipinc Account
You can delete your Tipinc Account at any time. If you change your mind, you will not be able to recover it.
Step 1: Learn what deleting your account means
You’ll lose all the data and content in that account, like notification, connections, CV, access to your business and ability to receive tips.
You won't be able to use Tipinc services where you need an account to receive Tips.
You’ll lose access to any employees that are connected your venue or any workplace that you are connected to.

Step 2: Delete your account
Go to the profile section in the Tipinc app.
Select "Account settings."
Select “Delete account.”
Recover your account
If you changed your mind or accidentally deleted your account, you are not able to get it back.
Only tips that have already been allocated to a users wallet will be able to be withdrawn after deleting an account. Once the account has been deleted, any tips that have not yet been received or split from a team tip will be unable to be allocated to the users wallet. Deleting a venue account means that tips are unable to be processed to that venue and to the workers that were associated to that venue.
